156mm ön çapına sahip tüm lenslere, örneğin ARRI Signature Zoom 16-32/T2.8 veya 65-300/T2.8 ile uyumludur. 16-32mm Signature Zoom lens kullanıldığında, 3 aşamalı konfigürasyonlarda geniş açıda boşluk sınırlıdır ve bu durum çekim formatına bağlı olarak değişebilir. Adaptör, LMB 4x5’in 2 aşamalı (Temel Modül) versiyonu ve LMB-15 ile uyumludur. LMB-5 ve LMB-25 ile uyumlu değildir.
